Hi, I'm Tosh, I’m a certified personal trainer and holistic health coach with over 9 years in the industry. I specialize in women's health and wellness. My experience as a wellness competitor combined with my knowledge as a Holistic Health Coach creates a unique perspective in helping you achieve your goals.
My passion is to help women of all ages change their daily habits to create lasting results. After dealing with multiple health issues myself and endless doctors, I took it upon myself to learn how to start to heal. I understand the challenges that many women face and I’m passionate about empowering them to overcome these obstacles.
